Standlee Premium Products Smart Beet Shreds are formed from dried beet pulp after removing the sugar. Smart Beet is an excellent addition to any ration as a low starch, low protein, highly digestible food source.
BENEFITS OF SMART BEET SHREDS
Standlee Premium Products Smart Beet Shreds are dried, shredded sugar beets after the sugar has been removed, for horses and livestock. Beet pulp is a high-calorie, low-protein, low-sugar, fiber source great for horse feed and goat feed regimens. Smart Beet Shreds are metabolically safe, and when soaked, increase water intake for animals.
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR FEEDING
Smart Beet Shreds are a dehydrated product and are recommended to be soaked in water (2 parts water to 1 part shreds, completely submerged) for a minimum of 15 minutes or until properly softened. If you have questions, contact the nutritionists at Standlee or consult your veterinarian.
